Q: What is bagasse product?
A:
Bagasse is sugarcane fiber remaining after  extraction of juice from the sugercane. It is a readily renewable resource and can be used in products normally made from plastic or paper. The product are soak proof, have no plastic or wax lining applied to it. The product can be used for hot hot and cold food (see product description)

Q: What  is difference between Bagasse product and Paper Product
A:
Bagasse is renewable product  and is by-product from sugercane. Paper product are made from wood fiber, which comes from our steadily depleting forests. Also, Recycled Paper product can be used in Food container.

Q: How long does it take for composting?
A:
The products will be composted  within 60 days in a commercial composting facility and within 120 days in a home  composting system. (The days indicated are the worst case scenario. Normally, it only takes around 30-40 days in commercial composting facility)

Q: What  is the heat tolearnce of bagasse?
A:
Similar to paper, bagasse is fully heat tolerant and can be put in the microwave. Extremely hot food  might cause bagasse to lose some of its strength but is one of the food service  product that can handle hot temperatures. It can be proved to be both micorwave and freezer safe.

A:
Bagasse hold up to liquids  and grease. It is fully grease absorbent.

Q: What type of safety guidelines the product uses?
A:
Bagasse products are sterilized and sanitized. It is conforms to US FDA guidelines. The company is currently applied the approval from Health Canada.

Q: Where is the product made in?
A:
The sugarcane material is  produced in Thailand and is manufactured in South-Eastern of China. Workers at this factory are treated properly and are paid a fair wage
